The Snowball Lottery is a scheme launched by Hendon FC Supporters Trust in May, with the aim of providing a solid regular income to the organisation and giving entrants the oportunity to win some cash. However, as with the National Lottery, the prize levels depend on the number of entries, so the more people that enter the larger the prizes are!
The next Super Snowballer Lotto draw will take place at the end of December during half time of our game with Harrow Borough. Prize amounts will depend on the number of entries, but based on draws at the end of 2008, prizes are likely to be at least:
- First prize of £240.00
- Second prize of 120.00
Previous prize winners can be found on the Snowballer Winners page, with over £350 currently being given away to two lucky prize winners, and around than £80 each month going into the fund for this year's Snowballer draw. We anticipate that for 2009 given current entry rates, the snowballer prize will be worth over £940!
Competition Rules
Each month, the following prizes will be available:
- the first prize is 30% of the available pool
- the second prize is 15% of the available pool
- an extra 10% of the available pool put towards the Super Snowballer draw at Christmas.
- The remaining 45% of the available pool goes towards the Supporters Trust
So, for example, if 100 members pay £5 each per month, the available prizes would be:
- a first prize of £150 each month, including December
- a second prize of £75 each month, including December
- a Super Snowballer prize of £600 at Christmas
Over the course of a year, a total of £2,700 would then be available to the Supporters Trust.
Draws take place at half time on the last home game of the each month with the Christmas draw being made on the last game before Christmas. In order to be entered into the Christmas draw, a participant must have been entered into each of the previous 5 monthly draws. Draws will still be made during the closed season and winners will be notified and each month a list of winning numbers will be found here on the Supporters Trust website.

All you need to do is fill in the Application Form found below along with your payment. If paying by standing order - the simplest way to ensure your entry continues - please also fill out the relevant parts of a a standing order form (leave the reference number blank and our bank account details blank; we will insert those for you) and send them to us at the address shown at the bottom of the form. Please note if paying by cash or cheque, your payment must be received during the first week of the month and it will be your responsibility to make sure that this is paid in time.
Super Snowballer is a fantastic way to raise funds for the Hendon Football Club Supporters Trust while giving you the chance to win £100s each month and maybe £1,000s in time for Christmas. As with everything, though, we need your support! So, please have a go. You are not limited to just £5 per month – the more you pay, the more likely it is that you’ll be a winner. You will receive a Super Snowballer lucky number for each £5 that you pay.

Note that forms need to be recieved before the first of any month to be elegible for that month's draw. If entering late in a month, please provide us with £5 in cash or a cheque payable to Hendon Football Club Supporters Trust to ensure entry into the next available draw.
